These Terms of Service govern the transportation and logistics services provided by MUNEEF INC. By requesting, scheduling, or using our services, you agree to these Terms.
MUNEEF INC provides freight transportation, commercial transportation, logistics management, dedicated transportation routes, and customized transportation solutions for commercial customers.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate pickup and delivery locations, shipment descriptions, freight information, contact information, and any special handling requirements before transportation begins.
Transportation pricing is based on distance, shipment size, weight, freight type, scheduling requirements, service urgency, and any additional requested services. Quotes are provided whenever possible before transportation begins.
Invoices may be issued electronically upon completion of services or according to approved billing arrangements. Payments may be made securely using major credit cards or ACH bank transfers through authorized payment processors.
Customers agree to pay invoices according to the payment terms specified on each invoice.
Customers are responsible for ensuring shipments comply with all applicable laws and regulations. MUNEEF INC will not transport illegal, prohibited, hazardous, dangerous, or improperly packaged items.
Estimated pickup and delivery times are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed. Weather conditions, traffic, road closures, mechanical issues, and other unforeseen events may affect transportation schedules.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, MUNEEF INC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from the use of our transportation services.
We reserve the right to refuse transportation services for shipments that are unsafe, unlawful, improperly packaged, or otherwise unsuitable for transportation.
Customers should notify us promptly if transportation services must be canceled. Cancellation fees may apply if transportation resources have already been scheduled or dispatched.
MUNEEF INC may update these Terms of Service at any time. Revised versions will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
